LBL Rules and Regulations

In general, Lingerie Basketball is played by the same rules that govern traditional women's basketball. However, some LBL rules differ slightly and are listed below.

• 35 second shot clock.
• No whistle side lines out of bounds.
• 10 second backcourt violation.
• Red Light Special - Player has a 60 second opportunity to score a bonus point.
• No defensive 3 seconds.
• High school 3-point line.
• Two 20 minute halves.
• Two full and two 20 second time outs per half.
• A fight for possession of the ball results in an actual jump ball between the two girls.
• If needed, each game is alloted 3 minutes of overtime.
