Auditions for the 2012 season are now closed. To be considered for future auditions, please fill out and submit the form below.

To ensure that that your application is received:

• Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required and the correct Captcha code must be entered.
• All players must submit a headshot a full-body photo.
• Photos must be under 500 kb and PG-rated.
• Only files with the following file extensions are able to be uploaded: jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp, tiff.
• Press the Submit button only once and then wait for the confirmation page to load before exiting.

To iPhone and iPad Users:
The Safari app for iPad and iPhone will prevent you from uploading photos via this form. Please use a standard computer or a different mobile web browser to submit your audition application.
